White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
6 ounces white chocolate, grated
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
16 pecan halves
Directions
Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add chocolate and vanilla, beating well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Press chocolate mixture into a lightly greased 8 inch square pan.
Chill until firm, and cut into squares.
Top each fudge square with a pecan half, pressing gently.
Store in refrigerator.
