White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup dietetic white chocolate chips | ||
| 24 large strawberries with stems | ||
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Melt white chocolate in double boiler over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Holding one strawberry at a time from the stem, dip halfway into chocolate, tipping pan if necessary.
Shake excess chocolate back into pan.
Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
