White Chocolate & Cocoa Chippers Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White chocolate chips | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or leave ungreased.
Cream butter, sugars, egg and water in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Blend in cocoa, baking soda, vanilla and salt.
Blend in flour until well mixed.
Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until firm in center.
Do not overbake.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
