White Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
| White chocolate | 8 Ounce, chopped | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Orange rind | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Unsweetened coconut | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), desiccated | |
| Semi sweet chocolate | 2 Ounce, chopped (Topping:) | |
| Whipping cream | 2 Tablespoon (Topping:) | |
| Icing Sugar- sifted | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Into a 9 inch baking dish, grease and line with parchment paper or grease paper
MAKING
2) Into another bowl, tip in the white chocolate and melt over a low flame and keep aside
3) Into another bowl, using the hand mixer, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy
4) Add in the eggs one by one and continue to beat well
5) Add the melted chocolate, vanilla, and orange rind
6) Stir in the flour and baking powder into the chocolate
7) Tip in the coconut and mix well till the batter is combined through
8) Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 325°F
9) Test with a skewer when inserted, comes clean
10) Turn out onto a wire rack to cool
FINALIZING
11) Melt the semisweet chocolate with cream and drizzle over the brownie

12) Serve with a warm glass of milk
