Ingredients

 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 2 teaspoons lemon juice or red wine vinegar
 6 ounces cooked dried white beans
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Scallions1/2 Ounce, chopped
 Canned tuna4 Ounce, drained
 Lettuce leaves2
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In bowl combine oil and lemon juice or vinegar.
Add beans, parsley, scallions, salt, and pepper.
Toss to combine.
Chill.
Break tuna into chunks.
Divide bean mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves.
Top each with half the tuna.
