White Bean And Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons lemon juice or red wine vinegar | ||
| 6 ounces cooked dried white beans | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Scallions | 1/2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Canned tuna | 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Lettuce leaves | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In bowl combine oil and lemon juice or vinegar.
Add beans, parsley, scallions, salt, and pepper.
Toss to combine.
Chill.
Break tuna into chunks.
Divide bean mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves.
Top each with half the tuna.
