Whiskey Cream Royale Recipe
Ingredients
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 2 Liter | |
| 6 cups hot strong black coffee | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 750ml bottle whisky | ||
| Rum | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pinch nutmeg | ||
Directions
Place ice cream in large basin, add hot coffee, stir until ice cream is melted.
Stir in milk, whisky and rum; cool, chill well.
Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
