Ingredients
| Whisky - 1 gill | ||
| Brown Curasao - 1/4 gill | ||
| Lemon peel and juice | 1 Dash | |
| Fresh fruit (including lemon) - as needed, slices | ||
| Ice - 1/2 tumblerful, broken | ||
| Ice - 1/2 shakerful, broken | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice and add Whisky.
2. Add Brown Curacao; shake well.
SERVING
3. Into a tumbler, fill broken ice until half full and strain drink mixture on top.
4. Top with a dash of Lemon Peel Juice and fresh fruit slices.
5. Pass with a straw and spoon.
