Whiskey Crepes Recipe

Directions
Make the crepes using the French Crepe Batter.
Set aside.
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the cream and whiskey and blend thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the top of a double boiler and cook ovet simmering (not boiling) water, stirring constantly, until thick.
Places scoop of ice cream between two crepes.
Pour over the sauce and sprinkle on chopped nuts.
