1/2 pint heavy cream, chilled
Sugar and vanilla to taste
1 pint fresh raspberries or strawberries
6 warm dessert crepes

Whip chilled cream until thick.
Add sugar and vanilla to taste.
Divide whipping cream between crepes; fill and roll.
