 Gelatin2 Teaspoon (For the Pineapple Frosting:)
 Hot water1 Tablespoon (For the Pineapple Frosting:)
 Crushed pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (For the Pineapple Frosting:)
 Heavy cream1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped (For the Pineapple Frosting:)
 Confectioner-€™s sugar - 2 tblsp.
 Green food color - little

Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, take gelatin and hot water. Dissolve gelatin in it.
2. Add crushed pineapple and blend well.
3. Refrigerate.
4. When it sets partially, remove from refrigerator. Add whipped cream and sugar.
5. Add little green food color so that it just tints a delicate green.

SERVING
6. Serve Whipped Cream Toppings over pies or puddings.
