Ingredients

 Gelatine, 3/4 to 1 teaspoon
 Water1 Tablespoon
 Cream, 1 cup (250 gms)
 Icing sugar or powder sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons
 Vanilla, a few drops

Directions

Soak gelatine in water for five minutes.
Place on extremely low heat for less than a minute.
Cool.
Add to cream, mixing well.
Chill for at least one hour.
Beat cream with a beater or in blender.
When it becomes thick and holds its shape, add sugar gradually beating all the time.
Add essence.
