Wheat Germ Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oil
2 cups wheat germ
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Blend honey, oil and milk.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Knead lightly.
Roll out on floured pastry board.
Cut into sticks 1 inch by 3 inches.
Bake at 325° F. for about 20 minutes or until light brown.
