Gradually beat in sugar.
Add wheat germ, eggs, chocolate pieces and vanilla.
Beat with spoon about 2 minutes or until creamy and blended.
Turn into pastry shell.
Bake in 350Â° oven 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream and sprinkle with additional wheat germ, if desired.
