Wheat Soy Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup skim milk powder | ||
| Whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy flour | 2 Tablespoon, sifted | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine skim milk powder, whole wheat flour and water with a wire whisk.
Put in saucepan; bring to boil; add salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in combined raisins and soy flour.
Cook for 10 more minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon honey.
Beat egg yolk; add some of the hot mixture to it; then return it to the saucepan.
Beat the egg white until stiff and fold it into the hot mixture.
Turn hot mixture into an 8 inch round casserole; drizzle 2 more tablespoons of honey over the top of the pudding, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for about 25 minutes in preheated oven.
