Ingredients

 3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
 Wheat germ1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Sesame seeds1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 cup dietetic maple syrup
 Raisins1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except raisins, mixing well.
Spread mixture evenly in a large shallow pan.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until lightly toasted.
Stir in the raisins.
Cool completely.
Store covered in a refrigerator.
