Wheat Bran and Buttermilk Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Wheat bran flakes cereal with raisins - 4 cups | ||
| All-purpose flour - 2 1/2 cups | ||
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Buttermilk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl mix first 5 ingredients.
3. Create a well in the center.
4. Mix eggs, buttermilk, and oil.
5. Stir until ingredients are moist.
6. Grease miniature muffin pans.
7. Spoon the batter filling two-thirds full.
8. Bake for 12 minutes.
SERVING
9. Serve as snack.
