Western Trout Barbecue Recipe

Eating just one is not possible for any one is my claim for this recipe of Western Trout Barbecue. The flavor of Fish makes this dish all the more appetizing. Just try this dish and see how you get hooked to it!

Ingredients

 
2/3 cup butter
 
1 cup tomato juice
 
1 cup dry white table wine
 
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) cider vinegar
 
2 tablespoons brown sugar
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1 teaspoon each Worcestershire, paprika, and chili powder
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1 clove garlic, mashed or minced
 
1 small onion, minced
 
Small trout or larger trout cut in 3-inch pieces

Directions

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
When ready to cook trout, skewer cleaned fish on long-handled forks, dip in sauce, and roast over low coals for 10 to 15 minutes.
Dip fish in sauce often to keep it moist.
