Western Sauce Recipe
My love for western sauce developed during high school days. Pamper everyone with western sauce as side dish. Just try this western sauce recipe, and you will never want to go for another recipe again.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 5-ounce can tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup water
Directions
Heat butter in pan, saute onion until transparent.
Add tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Stir and heat until just boiling.
Add other ingredients and water and simmer until the consistency of sauce is what you desire.
