Western Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ham | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Kaiser roll, split and warmed | ||
Directions
1. In medium bowl, combine egg, milk, ham, onion, green pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook until almost set, about 2 minutes. With wide metal spatula, turn and cook 1 minute longer. Place egg mixture on bottom of roll; replace top of roll.
