Western Salad With Croutons Recipe

Ingredients

 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), halved
 Salad oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 small heads iceberg or Romaine lettuce or 1/2 and 1/2
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Blue cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Lemon juice3 1/2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 2 cups crodtons

Directions

Soak garlic in salad oil for 1 hour.
Break up lettuce and put in salad bowl, and sprinkle with Parmesan, blue cheese, salt and pepper.
Drizzle oil, then break egg over lettuce.
Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Toss.
Add croutons, and toss lightly.
