Western Liver Scramble Recipe
Ingredients
2 ounces cooked, diced liver
1/2 medium tomato, diced
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
Salt and pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Combine tomato, green pepper, tomato juice, onion flakes, salt and pepper.
Simmer in skillet until liquid is evaporated and pepper is soft.
Add diced liver and stir in egg, scrambling to taste.
