First of all let me thank my neighbor for sharing this excellent Western Barbecue Sauce recipe. I tried this recipe for Western Barbecue Sauce the other day and was totally bowled over. 1 cup catchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, minced
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium-sized saucepan; simmer over low heat 20 minutes
