Ingredients
2 lbs halibut steak
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
Green pepper strips
Directions
Put fish steaks into a shallow dish.
Mix lemonjuice, salt, and paprika; pour over fish.
Marinate 1 hour, turning steaks over after first half hour.
Cook onion in butter until transparent.
Put steaks into a greased baking dish; top with onion and green pepper strips.
Pour remaining butter over all.
Bake at 450°F 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish.
