West Indian Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Fruit Juice - any | ||
| Grapefruit juice | 1 Pint, canned | |
| Angostura bitters | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ice - as required | ||
| Brandy Bottle - as required | ||
| Benedictine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dark rum | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Nutmeg - Grated | ||
| Fresh Lemon Rind - 1 no | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a punch bowl, add in grapefruit juice, fruit juice, sugar, angostura bitters.
2) Stir well. Add several pieces of ice.
3) Add in brandy, benedictine and rum.
4) Stir well.
5) Sprinkle grated nutmeg. Stir again.
SERVING
6) Garnish the punch with lemon rind. Serve chilled.
