8 oz. strong grated cheese
 
1 tspn. French mustard
 
hot buttered toast
 
chopped parsley
 
4 tblspn, milk
 
1 oz. butter

Directions

Heat butter in pan and add milk.
When hot, stir in the cheese, mustard and seasonings, and cook over low heat until the rarebit is smooth.
