| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |

| 1 lb. processed American cheese, cut into cubes | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Pound, cut into cubes | |
| Bread slices or English muffins, toasted | ||
| Cooked bacon strips | ||
| Tomato slices | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, add the beer, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; cook covered on HIGH for about 1-2 hrs or until boiling.
2) Add the cheese, stir continuously, until melted; cook uncovered on HIGH for about 20-30 min.
SERVING
3) Spoon the mixture over the toasted bread or the English muffins, garnish with the crisp bacon strips and the tomato slices and serve on a nice dish.
