Healthy Welsh Rarebit Recipe
Ingredients
| Softened butter | 15 Gram | |
| Single cream | 30 Milliliter | |
| Chopped chives | 10 Milliliter, dried | |
| Whole | 5 Milliliter | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon, creamed | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 100 Gram, grated | |
| Bread slice | 4 |
Directions
Mix together well the butter, cream, chives, mustard, horseradish and black pepper in a bowl.
When well blended, stir in the cheese and mix carefully with a wooden spoon to make sure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cut the bread into halves or quarters and toast under a grill on one side only.
Spread the untoasted sides with butter and then cover with the Welsh rarebit mixture.
Put under a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheese bubbles, forms a skin and turns golden brown.
Place on a serving dish and serve immediately.
