Asian Style Welsh Rarebit Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of cayenne
1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
3/4 cup skim milk powder
2 cups water
2 egg yolks, beaten
Directions
Place oil in top of double boiler, over rapidly boiling water, stir in and melt Cheddar cheese.
Add salt, mustard, cayenne and soy sauce.
Combine (with wire whisk) skim milk powder and water.
Add slowly to mixture, stirring constantly.
When mixture is hot, remove from heat.
Add a little of hot mixture to beaten egg yolks; mix well.
Gradually pour yolk mixture into the hot sauce, blending well.
Return to low heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and serve immediately on whole grain toast.
