Welsh Rabbit Recipe
Welsh Rabbit is a delicious sauce that I use often at home. Try the Welsh Rabbit with some toasted bread, trust me its yummy. It will be a great loss if you don€™t try!!
Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
Dash paprika
1 c. grated cheese
Directions
1. Melt margarine, add flour and blend.
2. Add milk, stir over low heat until thick.
3. Add cheese, stir until melted.
4. Add seasonings.
