1 1/2 teaspoons butter
2 cups shredded pasteurized process sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Few grains Cayenne pepper
1/3 cup milk
Toast
Directions
1. Melt butter in a 1 quart glass casserole in micro wave oven . Add cheese and heat uncovered in microwave oven about 1 minute, or until cheese begins to melt; stir after 30 seconds.
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and Cayenne pepper to cheese. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to serving temperature 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes); stir occasionally.
