Ingredients
Frosting:
8 sq. unsweetened chocolate
7/8 cup milk
6 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Pinch of salt
2/3 stick of butter, melted (1/3 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup Irish whiskey (optional)
1 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
Directions
Melt chocolate over hot water.
Mix milk with powdered sugar, add melted chocolate and mix well.
Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
Spread on warm cake.
Let cool before cutting.(If you have the will power.)
