Directions
1. Halve the avocados, remove the pit and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
2. Use the back of the spoon to lightly mash them, leave it a little chunky if you like.
3. Add the garlic, salt, hemp oil, cilantro and tomatoes and give a good mix.
SERVING
4. Serve guacamole with corn chips, cracker, with veggie dippers or use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.
