Wegmans Shanghai Tofu with Sesame Seeds Recipe Video

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Wegmans Vegetable Oil
1/2 onion, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick, (about 1 cup)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
1 Tbsp Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, chopped
1 pkg (10 oz) Bolthouse Farms Matchstix Carrots
1 pkg (5 oz) sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 pkg (13 oz) Wegmans Asian Classics Tofu (Frozen Foods), thawed per pkg directions, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
3 Tbsp oyster sauce (International Foods)
1 Tbsp Wegmans Stir Fry Sauce (International Foods)
2 Tbsp JFC White Roasted Sesame Seeds (International Foods)
Directions
1. Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt pan to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, pan is too hot.)
2. Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry 1- 1 1/2 min. Add carrots, mushrooms, and tofu; stir fry about 2 min. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry sauce; toss to coat. Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
