| Celery stalk | 1 Large, chopped finely | |
| Baby carrots | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Veganaise | 1 Tablespoon (Mayonnaise or Yogurt) | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. Wrap tofu in a towel and put something heavy on it to drain water.
MAKING
2. In a steamer pot, cook carrots.
3. Add the celery and cook.
4. In a food processor, blend vegetables and tofu.
SERVING
5. Serve with pasta.
