Roast Beef Wedding Soup Recipe
Ingredients
3 lb. beef roast, diced
1 lb. diced liver
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3 tsp. Vinegar
Directions
In a 3-quart pan, cook roast, liver, salt, pepper and onion until very tender in approximately 2 quarts water.
When meat is tender, add cream and vinegar; simmer.
