| Mayonnaise/Salad dressing | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chopped capers | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Mix in ginger ale.
Chill until gelatin is slightly thickened.
Blend the watermelon rind and a mixture of the remaining ingredients into the thickened gelatin.Turn mixture into a 3-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
