Ingredients

 
1/2 watermelon
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1/2 cup distilled water
 
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Cut the watermelon into cubes and press through a strainer to remove seeds, making 3 cups of watermelon juice.
Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the watermelon juice and lemon juice.
Pour into 2 ice cube trays.
Freeze until mushy and insert a popsicle stick in each cube.
Freeze until hard.
