Watermelon Pink Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 c. watermelon pulp, crushed
Directions
Boil sugar and 1/2 cup water until mixture spins fine thread or 230 degrees on candy thermometer; cool.
Add salt, lemon and lime juices to watermelon pulp.
Add fsyrup; stir to blend well.
Pour into ice cube trays or loaf pan; freeze overnight.
