Watermelon Party Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
1 6-oz. can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
2 c. diced watermelon
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions
Partially thaw lemonade concentrate; blend with watermelon and sugar.
Pour into freezer tray; freeze until partially set.
Turn out into large bowl; fold in egg whites.
Return to freezer tray; chill until par- tially set.
Stir well; freeze until firm.
