Directions

GETTING READY
1. For the jalapeno vodka: In a mason jar, add the vodka and jalapenos and let it sit for a week or two. Shake every day. Strain to remove the seeds once ready.

MAKING
2. Muddle the watermelon, cilantro, mint leaf, simple syrup, lime juice in a glass.
3. Once the mix is thoroughly mashed, add 1 1/2 ounce of the jalapeno vodka.
4. Add the cracked ice.
5. Top with soda water, if you wish or serve as is.

SERVING
6. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon or spring of mint and serve chilled.
