Watermelon Punch Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 watermelon, seeded and cubed
1/2 cup (125 ml) lime juice
1 cup (250 ml) light rum
4 cups (1 L) orange juice
1 cup (250 ml) pineapple juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) fine sugar
Plenty of ice
Directions
Puree watermelon in food processor.
Pass through sieve into large punch bowl Add remaining ingredients, mix very well and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
