Directions
1. Dice watermelon, jalapeno, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro as shown in the video.
MAKING
2. In a large mixing bowl, put watermelon, bell pepper, and jalapeno. If you want your salsa to be spicy then you can also add some seeds to it.
3. Add green onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Toss it well. Refrigerate for about an hour.
SERVING
4. Serve salsa with grilled steak.
