Watermelon Drink Or Cold Soup Recipe
Ingredients
5-6 lbs. watermelon
1 1/2 cups unsweetened apricot juice
1/3 cup lime juice
2-4 tablespoons honey
Directions
Peel and seed watermelon.
Cut into pieces.
In electric blender, at high speed, liquefy 2 cups of pieces at a time.
Add juices and honey to watermelon juice and pulp.
Chill and float a lime slice on top, if you wish.
Cut into pieces.
