 Medium size watermelon, 1 Lemon juice, 3 to 4 tablespoons
 Ginger50 Gram
 Rose syrup, 1 1/2 cups
 Salt, pepper to taste (optional)
 Crushed ice

Directions

Cut watermelon into 1 inch size pieces.
Discard seeds and white portion.
Use only red part.
Wash ginger.
Peel and cut into small pieces.
Liquidize the melon and ginger.
Pass it through sieve.
Add rest of the ingredients to melon juice.
Chill the juice and serve on crushed ice.
