Watermelon Compote Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon, rind | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Watermelon | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Peaches | 2 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice 2 limes | ||
Directions
Place sugar, water, lemon rind and lime juice in small saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Add fruit and mix well; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
