1 bunch watercress, stems and leaves
 
1/4 cup (60 mL) dill weed, fresh if available
 
4 green onions, coarsely chopped
 
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
 
1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise (unsweetened)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the food processor cover and process until the whole is creamy, with a beautiful green color Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Taste for seasoning.
