Watercress Soup Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups milk
2 cups watercress, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cups potatoes, diced and cooked
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Monosodium glutamate
Dash of pepper
Directions
Pour 2 cups of the milk into blender, add watercress, onion, and potatoes and blend thoroughly.
Pour into a saucepan, add remaining milk, cook over low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
