Watercress Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Watercress | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3/4 cup unflavored nonfat yogurt | ||
| 3/4 cup reduced-calorie or regular mayonnaise | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Anchovy paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine watercress, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, and garlic; whirl until smoothly pureed.
Add fish sauce to taste; whirl to blend.
