Ingredients

 2 to 3 bunches watercress, leaves only
 Cherry tomatoes16
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Wash and dry watercress leaves and tomatoes.
Place in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Pour over salad; toss lightly.
Makes 4 servings.
