Watercress Oriental Recipe
Ingredients
| Watercress | 1 Pound | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Water chestnuts | 2 Tablespoon, sliced | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Saute ginger root in oil for a few minutes, add watercress and saute for 5 minutes, tossing to coat with oil.
Add soy sauce and water chestnuts.
